The Effect Of Innovation Strategies On The Performance Of MSMEs In Condongcatur
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of innovation strategies—including product, process, organizational, and marketing innovations—on the performance of MSMEs in Condongcatur. A quantitative approach was used, involving a survey through questionnaires distributed to 96 MSME actors selected via convenience sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that all four innovation strategies have a positive and significant impact on MSME performance. These results highlight the importance of adopting innovation strategies to enhance competitiveness and sustainability in a dynamic business environment.
