Optimization of Supply Inventory Control Systems for Product Differentiation and the Educational Tourism Attraction of Bakpia Djava Yogyakarta

Abstract
Bakpia Djava Yogyakarta is a traditional culinary business that develops product differentiation and educational tourism to increase its competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the implementation of inventory control systems to support the company's smooth operations. The method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that effective inventory control can maintain raw material availability, maintain product quality, and support educational tourism. Thus, inventory control is a crucial factor in supporting business sustainability and the company's competitive advantage.
